Jon Carlson is the President of Orchard Creek Plastics.  Jon previously served as the CFO of Aeroflex AMS Solutions for 15 years.  Before that – Jon was a financial manager at Ford Motor Company for 10 years.  Jon has extensive operational experience with world-class manufacturing companies.  He has also played a leadership role in numerous acquisitions over the course of his career.  Jon is responsible for deal sourcing and deal execution at the Company.  Jon graduated cum laude with an accounting degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and he received an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan.  Jon is a licensed CPA.

Steve Carlson is the Senior Advisor of Orchard Creek Plastics.  Steve previously served as VP of Market Operations at Palmer Wireless.  Before that, Steve worked in Accounting with Owens Corning and as a CPA with KPMG.  Steve has experience with many acquisitions over his career.  Steve graduated with an accounting degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Scott Campbell is Vice President of Administration at Orchard Creek Plastics. Scott worked at CAES for 22 years in IT Systems and Data Analytics. Before that Scott was an officer with NBD Bank in Trust for 10 years.
